What is the The Gallery @ BarrPhotographics.com Return Policy?
BarrPhotographics.com offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all gift merchandise. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept a return for online store credit or for a gift certificate (less Shipping and 25% Restocking Fee), provided the item is returnable and returned within seven (7) days from the date of shipment. Review the complete “Return Policy, Order Cancellations, and General Information” section for full details, including our policy for gift returns. After a 7-day grace period, all sales are final. There are no refunds on fine art, custom matting or framing.
All drop-shipped or direct-shipped (indicated on item’s description page) merchandise by the manufacturer or publisher are non-returnable. Refunds are never applicable to secondary market orders or orders for sculpture, original paintings, limited edition lithographs and giclee prints for which we are a broker (indicated on item’s description page), meaning that artists have original paintings etc. on consignment in the gallery. To reiterate, all sales are final for all drop-shipped or direct-shipped merchandise, sculpture, original paintings, limited edition lithographs, giclee prints and custom matting or framing.
What if my order is received with obvious damage or with broken glass?
If your art or merchandise order is received damaged, it is most likely the result of a shipping mishap. All shipments are insured and the shipper shall be deemed responsible for any and all damages incurred during shipment. Please contact the shipper for damage remedies.
How do I return an item?
To return an item you mustfirst consult the Returns Policy(See: What is the BarrPhotographics.com Return Policy?) . If the item meets return criteria, call us at 276-628-1486 to receive a Return Authorization Number within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. Return shipments will not be accepted if you do not have a Return Authorization Number clearly listed on the address label. A returned item must be included in original mint condition in the original packaging it was shipped and with all accessories included. Merchandise not returned in original packaging and with all accessories will be denied online store credit or gift certificate.
You are responsible for all return freight charges and insurance. You are responsible for any damage in transit for the return. We strongly suggest that you pay full purchase price insurance on items being returned and that you use a traceable delivery method, such as UPS or Fed-Ex. Any freight claims for damage on return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
May I return an item that I received as a gift?
